At Painted Pixels, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. Because all of our items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or accept returns.
- Order Processing & Shipping: Orders are made to order. Processing times may vary depending on the product. Once shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier. Painted Pixels is not responsible for delays once an order is with the carrier.
- Local Pickup: Customers may choose to pick up their orders directly from our location during business hours.
- Local Delivery: We provide delivery within a 5 km radius of our location for added convenience.
- Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Painted Pixels is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives with a printing or production error caused by us, we will gladly provide a replacement. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so our support team can assist you promptly.
- Lost or Damaged in Transit: Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. Customers must file claims for lost or damaged packages directly with the carrier. Painted Pixels cannot guarantee refunds, credits, or reshipments in such cases.
