Refunds & Replacements

All replacement requests and “item not received” claims are carefully reviewed and investigated by Painted Pixels.

Because our products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. If there is a printing or production error caused by us, we’ll gladly provide a replacement. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so our support team can assist you promptly.

Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping provider (the “Carrier”). Customers are required to file claims for lost or damaged packages directly with the Carrier. Painted Pixels cannot be held responsible for shipments that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Painted Pixels is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
