• Shipping: Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier selected at checkout. Please note that Painted Pixels is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
• Local Pickup: Customers may choose the pickup option at checkout and collect their orders directly from our location during business hours.
• Local Delivery: We also offer delivery within a 5 km radius of our location for added convenience.
• Shipping Address: Please ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Painted Pixels cannot be responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
